What does 'looks like' mean? No response to emails? Email address invalid?

Not our (kde@) call. If the maintainer's email address is invalid, I can reset 
MAINTAINER immediately and set an expiration date for the port. If he just 
doesn't respond, a PR needs to be filed and we need a confirmation (or 
feedback timeout) from the maintainer for the port to be removed (or in the 
case of a timeout, marked for expiration).

For now, I've adjusted the CONFLICTS line to prevent it from installing over 
kdeutils...
