If the kfontinst library does not exist, your installed kdebase package is 
either very outdated (from KDE 3.2.x or older) or incompletely installed. In 
both cases, you should reinstall it and make sure you're installing from the 
latest port (or get an up-to-date package from one of the FreeBSD ftp 
mirrors).
