You don't write like you know how to track spam email down. You need to look at the headers. I don't use MS Outlook but you can look at the full headers. Most likely, some spammer is adding kde@ as a sent-by. Kde isn't guilty of it but you can come close to seeing who did send it in the headers. If it was sent by kde@, you will see Received: from ender.liquidneon.com (ender.liquidneon.com [64.78.150.163]) There are pages that will teach you to know how to do that. I will help a little bit, if you can not find one.
