Yeah, pkg_create skips empty directories, so we need to put those in there in 
order to have the directories in the package - the bogus menu entry is an 
unfortunate side-effect. I'll try and put some hackery in the 
pkg-install/deinstall scripts for kdebase to nuke it/put back that 
particular .keep_me file on installation/deinstallation.
