It's a semibogus warning message - safe to ignore and unrelated to your
problem (everyone gets it on FreeBSD).

Frankly, KDE outputs a lot of pretty useless and potentially confusing
debug and status information - it would be probably best if you tried to
debug this issue with something else which also exhibits the slow
startup symptom.
