This is probably not a FreeBSD-specific problem; try asking on

Take a look in your calendar files themselves; I believe there was a bug in
KOrganizer for a long time where times were stored without an associated
timezone, so that in fact they _are_ GMT. Fixing that bug introduced
unexpected behavior.
