The thing with Doxygen updates is that they may - or may not - break existing
documentation. In particular, there are changes in the handling of
paragraphs and sections between 1.4.1 and 1.4.4 that cause actual changes in
the generated KDE documentation. However, I see that ktown (sort of the
official user wrt. KDE) has updated to 1.4.4, so I have no particular
objections to such an update. It _will_ cause a hassle though.
