I can't tell whether your question is serious or not, so I'll just answer it - fam is correct. "3Dfam" is an artifact of FreeBSD.org's list archive software, which is too dumb to decode quoted-printable content (the broken linebreaks and funky bits like "defaul=t" are more fallout from that).
