/usr/local/kde/share/apps/kcometen
/usr/local/kde/share/applnk/System/ScreenSavers

For FreeBSD, the corresponding directories would be:

/usr/local/share/apps/kcometen
/usr/local/share/applnk/System/ScreenSavers

But those are used only for settings and .desktop entry, respectively. A screen saver is actually a binary that should go into /usr/local/bin. If you downloaded a package (as in *binary* package) from kde-look.org, chances are it's a Linux binary.

FreeBSD has a Linux compatibility layer. But for it to work, you'd have to install Linux versions of all the libraries required by the screen saver - and this includes kdelibs. There is no Linux version of KDE in ports, so you'd have to do some major downloading and installing on your own. And nobody can guarantee you that after all the libraries are in place, it will actually run.

Your best bet is to get the source code and recompile the screen saver into a FreeBSD binary.
