I am trying to install kde-3.5.2 on my 6.1-PRERELEASE but I am not
succeeding, even after cleanly deinstalling 3.4.3. I was following the
steps in /usr/ports/UPDATING to upgrade but it failed at the same point
anyway. I decided to pkg_deinstall kde\* to see if that was having the
conflicts but no!
Here is what I have seen:

So, check this please and use another prefix!
===> Script "configure" failed unexpectedly.
Please report the problem to [EMAIL PROTECTED] [maintainer] and attach the
"/usr/ports/x11/kdebase3/work/kdebase-3.5.2/config.log" including the output
of the failure of your make command. Also, it might be a good idea to provide
an overview of all packages installed on your system (e.g. an `ls
/var/db/pkg`).
