The sensors use sysctl kern.cp_time, which isn't SMP aware that I know of. So 
it's just pulling the same data for both CPUs, instead of finding the 
information for each CPU separately. Can you find a sysctl that provides that 
information per-cpu?

So, it's a bug based on the fact that noone runs KDE on SMP FreeBSD hardware 
(I need a Core Duo to start hashing these things out soon -- got a spare?).

Please don't do that when you mail a public mailing list (or, if it's 
automatic, what's the point then?).
