I'm using the standard unix lpd/lpr print system. On one printer in particular, kprint always reports that it is "rejecting jobs", but I can print to it with lpr. I've gone through the printcap looking for discrepancies but haven't been able to find any. Can someone point me in the right direction? How does it decide a printer is rejecting jobs if the underlying system says otherwise?
