Thank's that did the trick I followed option 1, I am now using 1.3.9 compiled from ports. Everthing seems to be working even the virtualizations. I assume that this issue is known and a bug report is not required against the port. Maybe this issue will be fixed in the package of the newer version, as it is most likely a package port problem.
