The icon size automatically scales with the screen resolution and has
its ceiling at 32 - if you want other sizes, you can specify them in
~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc by adding a MenuEntryHeight=size with
possible values for size being 48 and 64 into the [menus] section.

I'm not very up to date on the current resources of "semi-documented"
features, the KDE Wiki is one but is pretty awful to use. This mailing
list can certainly provide you with answers for questions regarding
FreeBSD-specific KDE integration issues and [EMAIL PROTECTED] has plenty
of expertise to offer on KDE as a whole.

I'm cc'ing Lauri Watts with this reply, in hope she perhaps has some
additional links up her sleeve for you. :)

Finally, the people at DesktopBSD (http://www.desktopbsd.org) already
have plenty of experience in building a FreeBSD 'distribution' around
KDE, so they make a good address for questions as well.

Cheers,
