btw: I've just checked a fresh installed 6.1-REL with KDE 3.5.1 in a
test box (where I am already preparing the update to 6.1-REL for
my laptop) and also there it looks like the same: the Extensions tab is
empty;

both installations of KDE have been made by

# cd /usr/ports/x11/kde3
# make install clean
