These files won't be of much use to you as it is, but if you decide to install 
KDE from ports (instead of packages), move them to /usr/ports/distfiles/KDE 
(create this directory if necessary) - this will save you some download time.

For the rest, see http://freebsd.kde.org/instructions.php#install , but note 
that you might need to update your ports-tree first if you want KDE 3.5.3 
(6.1-Release ships a snapshot of the ports-collection containing ports for 
KDE 3.5.1). If you are not familiar with the ports collection and how to
