Yes:
%make showconfig
===> The following configuration options are available for libxine-1.1.14:
     ARTS=off "Enable aRts support"
     CACA=off "Enable libcaca support"
     ESOUND=off "Enable EsounD support"
     JACK=off "Enable JACK support"
     GNOMEVFS2=on "Enable GnomeVFS2 support"
     PULSEAUDIO=on "Enable PulseAudio support"
     XVMC=on "Enable XvMC support"
     XCB=on "Enable XCB support"
     SMB=off "Enable SMB protocol support"
     AALIB=off "Enable aalib support"
     IMAGEMAGICK=off "Enable ImageMagick support"
     GTK2=on "Enable gdkpixbuf support"
     WAVPACK=on "Enable WavPack support"
===> Use 'make config' to modify these settings

I reinstalled libxine (with xcb) before reinstalling qt4/kde4.

%ls /var/db/pkg/|grep xcb
libxcb-1.1
xcb-proto-1.1

Could it depend on the xorg driver (xf86-video-radeonhd, version 1.2.1) ?
There is no xv support yet (except in the head version).

Rene
