SVN commit 8678 by DragonSA: (Run) Depend on English spelling dictionary for aspell.
A recent change to aspell stopped installing a default (English) dictionary for aspell. As a result a standard install of KDE resulted no spell checking. This change reinstates spell checking for the default language, and some dialects.
