SVN commit 11146 by tcberner: Update KDE Plasma to the beta 5.3.95. The release notes can be found here [1].
While doing that greatly reduce the dependencies in the ports: I made an error a long time ago while generating the dependencies, so that basically every Plasma5 port depended on a lot of unecessary QT5/KF5 ports.
