QtAV is long gone from the FreeBSD ports tree. We removed
multimedia/QtAV on 2023-08-22 [1] as it was abandoned by the author
and incompatible with FFmpeg >= 6.x. Our graphics/digikam port has
also not directly depended on it since I updated it to 8.1.0 in [2].
DigiKam now bundles its own copy of QtAV which includes such
improvements as supporting newer versions of FFmpeg at least to 6.0,
at least to the point of building. From my understanding, future
kf6/Qt6-based releases of DigiKam are striving to drop QtAV altogether
and depend solely on qt-multimedia.
