All of these have been fixed in [1] and [2]. A typo in Mk/Uses/qt.mk that I made when adding science/qt6-qtquick3dphysics resulted in it being excluded from the devel/qt6 metaport, which is usually how I test the qt6 ports in poudriere as it conveniently adds a dependency on all of them, but obviously only when working properly.
