Yesterday I upgrade my desktop machine to Plasma 6.4 and Qt 6.9.1.
Of course, those were not the only packages that got upgraded but they were the
most prominent.
After that the machine attempts to suspend every 15 minutes while idle.
Everything is set to "Do nothing" in Power Management settings.
But suspiciously, "When inactive" is "Do nothing" "After 15 minutes" with the
latter drop-box being grayed out / disabled.
Maybe conversion from 6.3.5 to 6.4.0 configuration did not go correctly or
something like that...
With 6.3.5 and earlier, the machine never attempted to suspend.
