Hi kde folks, Would any of you be interested in writing an article for the FreeBSD Journal? The theme for our next issue is desktops and laptops. I know that we have existing docs in the handbook for installing the KDE packages and getting the desktop running, but I wonder if there are other details beyond that that might be worth highlighting, kind of a "How to get the most out of KDE on FreeBSD". I know I'm a bit of a greybeard and am happy using command line tools for many things, but are their GUI widgets and utilities that work well on FreeBSD for tasks like managing multiple displays (I've seen KDE recently seem to handle this transparently out of the box), configuring WiFi, power management, etc.?
If you are interested, we would like an initial draft of around 3000 words by the end of January. Thanks! -- John Baldwin
