Hi all, due to a pretty questionable way to pass the weekend, together with Maurice and Fathi, we have now a pretty complete and updated kde environment on the MeeGo build system. https://build.pub.meego.com/project/show?project=Project%3AKDE%3ADevel (yes, quite some reds still, but getting there) a plasma active session should work on any meego installation provided proper packages from the repo are installed.
nothing of this has been test ran yet, so will have to be checked for problems. now, to talk about one of the more tricky things to make work there: contour (meaning a fully functional nepomuk has to be in place there) the soprano virtuoso backend has been built as well. the contour package itself doesn't build since it seems to use deprecated functions in nepomuk. i already did disable some api removal of the mobile profile in nepomul kdelibs since shared_desktop_ontologies seems to depend from them. in the near future it will have to be mostly re-enabled (at least in order to have something actually working for the meego conf date before of it i would say should be tried to keep things as stable as possible, modulo build fixes) then nepomuk people should really take a look at what is deprecated and how to fix all that depends from it.
