Yes, I could use a third-party service. However, one of the reasons why I 
brought Trojita under the KDE umbrella was because I wanted to integrate with 
the wider community and make it easier for other to contribute. I could 
certainly run my own Gerrit instance, but I suspect I would have hard time 
persuading the sysadmin team to allow for authentication against the KDE's 
identity database.

Clearly, there's value in having a single tool for doing the reviews KDE-wide. 
I was thinking that the current tool might be improved -- so that people won't 
_need_ to use non-free third party services if they want usability improvements 
like better git integration.
