Ok, I have mailed all maintainers. Once we get their approval,
we can start the final migration :)

Should I request Git repos for every project from KDE
sysadmins?

@Pali: What do you think about Kopete? Is it also ready?

Yes, now Kopete is ready. I fixed all problems and now all tags
are annotated. All kopete plugins which do not have common
history with kopete master was moved into separate rule files and
will be in separate git repositories.

Sounds good. You could probably write to kopete mailing list to let other developers also check the migration if you haven't done so.

There could be one problem: Only on dewey server is conversion OK
due to non deterministic behaviour of svn2git on files...

So for converting kopete please use dewey where conversion
working without problem.

Btw, maybe we need to backport "doc" user folder from trunk to
KDE/4.10 branch. After that it is needed to fix kopete rules and
postprocessing script. If you will do that let me know and I will
fix conversion...

I will cherry-pick my standalone-build and doc-fixes commits once the conversion has been done. That should be quite easy.
