Like, say, TpQt4, which has this Account::ensureTextChat() method, which you pass a contact ID to, and it then passes it to the Channel Dispatcher D-Bus service? :) I don't think we need another library or D-Bus service for such actions, which are already trivial to do with TpQt4 and current MC service. However, if said library or service would just allow you to give the *nepomuk person object* to it one way or another, that would be more useful.
