configure accounts started from plasmoid does not block and one can start two
configure windows...
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
start configure accounts from plasmoid
start configure accounts from contact list
Actual Results:
both show the list of accounts ready to edit
Expected Results:
the window started from contactlist to tell the configure accounts is already
open
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
