The contactlist-filter should also show offline-contacts even when only
online-contacts are shown. This matches the behaviour in Kopete and also makes
more sense. The main reason for only showing online contacts is that the
contactlist would be to big comparing to a full list. When using the filter the
amount of contacts shown is reduced very fast and also in most cases I am
looking for a contact which is current ly offline.
