When chatting and an error message arrives from the CM, the text-ui shows the
message on a notification, but it does not show it on the ui and also does not
ack it. If you later try to close the chat, because those messages have not
been acked, the approver is launched for this channel. Clicking on the approver
launches the text-ui, but no messages appear of course, and when you close it
again, you have the same problem. The only way to get rid of the channel is to
disconnect or kill the CM.
