When closing the contact list, it doesn't detect a running instance of the
presence applet and displays the message:
You do not have any other presence controls active (a Presence widget for
example).
Do you want to stay online or would you rather go offline?
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add presence applet to systray
2. Open contact list
3. Close contact list
Expected Results:
Contact list should properly detect the running presence applet.
