If some account fails to connect, the spinning icon never stops
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Create a "fake" account that will fail to connect.
Connect the account using the global presence chooser
Actual Results:
Spinning icon keeps spinning
Expected Results:
Should stop when the accounts are no longer trying to connect
OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.1.0-1-amd64
