I agree, KTp is than Telepathy integration to Plasma. In fact it's barely usable elsewhere. On the other hand, I know this pulls some plugs and besides promo, this buys really few things, so if Martin K an David really believe KTp belongs in KDE Applications, I wouldn't really discuss further and concentrate on more useful things instead.
