Hi,
wouldn't it make sense to add the Ogg DirectShow codecs from
http://www.xiph.org/dshow/ to the kdewin-installer's config.txt (as an
external/third-party package with its own installer just like the Platform
SDK and some other stuff)? Most sounds shipped with KDE are Ogg Vorbis files
(and rightly so because using patent-encumbered formats would make several
GNU/Linux distributions unhappy), so they won't play without those codecs.
