This sounds more like an Umbrello bug, maybe Ralf can confirm it, but
probably an umbrello developer could say more about it.
No I don't think this is umbrello bug, because I've tested umbrello in
my ubuntu and I found that it works fine. This problem -as I think-
related to Windows KDE.
By the way I forgot to tell you that I'm using:
Windows XP sp3
Encoding windows-1256
