I try to run emerge qt on a fresh checkout of the kde-4.13 branch. During the
emerge build process it bombs out due to a msys portage error. This occurs
after the follow error has been cleared:

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean checkout of emerge kde-4.13 branch
2. Copy/edit required kdesettings.ini and bat files in etc
3. Correct perl portage package problem (seen in bug 341518).
4. emerge qt
5. bonk, falls over
Actual Results:
See pastebin attached to this report.
Expected Results:
Emerge qt runs to completion without errors.
Running in Windows, with Mingw on x64.
