Disabling blue line under title bar?

In Plasma 5.12, there's a blue line under the title bar when the window 
has focus. I searched for a setting to disable it, since it breaks the
"seamless" feeling of windows and looks quite ugly to me, but can't find 
such setting.

Can I disable it?
