I agree on the importance of a bug fix release shortly after the 0.7.0 major new release. I am not making any major changes in MLT for the next release. I originally mentioned something about better time support, but that is on hold as I put attention on the bugs (and more documentation to help prepare me for the coming changes). I suggest kdenlive tackle the "low-hanging fruit" outside of bugs.
