My opinion is still to put on these packages (mlt, mlt++ and kdenlive) on
rpm-fusion repo in the whole of its functionality (without separating
modules through repos).
All who are interested in video processing using ffmpeg as well (for
example).
In addition, kdenlive, mlt and mlt + + are located on the rpm-fusion
wishlist.
