And yes, I know that some time ago I had to double check-uncheck "Background" to make it working. But JBM had fixed that already quite some time ago. Seems I'm really old if I remember such stuff... ;)

After I just upgraded my Kubuntu 16.10 installation with the KF5
backport upgrades, the background function in the title editor started
