Olivier, thank you for confirming with newest version. What version does your
Exchange server have? Can anyone else confirm it?
I am a bit puzzled about the bug report after reading through it again. I have
the feeling that it is about several different issues. So or so would be
helpful to have some logging / console output, when the issue happens.
