I can confirm this issue on Manjaro KDE with Kontact 5.10.1. Additionally,
activating, deactivating, or modifying the akonadi_unifiedmailbox_agent plugin
is not operating, and that plugin crashes repeatedly after performing
"akonadictl restart."
