I see in the 'Customize Message Aggregation Modes'->'Groups, Threads and Sorting' that, for Threading "Perfect, by References and by Subject" is chosen by default. I think, if there is an option to choose only based on Subject, then it might group those unthreaded messages also. I am not sure.. just guessing. Could you please help me out with this?
