Even while restoring a backup realized before the issue. - "mariadb-upgrade --defaults-file=~/.local/share/akonadi/mysql.conf --socket=/run/user/$(id -u)/akonadi/mysql.socket --check-if-upgrade-is-needed" was clean but didn't resolve anything. - "rm -r ~/.local/share/akonadi/db_data" followed by "akonadictl start" is finally the best solution.
