SUMMARY
Upgrade from 
kpim6-ksmtp:amd64 (24.02.2-0xneon+22.04+jammy+release+build28,
24.05.0-0xneon+22.04+jammy+release+build29)
Broke mail sending. Receiving woirks fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Send an email using SMTP in a previously wokring machine
2. Upgrade the packages
3. Can no longer send email with an error.

OBSERVED RESULT
Running Kontact from a terminal you get the following
org.kde.pim.ksmtp: SMTP Socket error: QAbstractSocket::ConnectionRefusedError
"Connection refused"
