Hi all,
I can confirm this behaviour at a friend's notebook, too. Neither setting the
language to German in the SystemSettings-Menu did work, nor the setting in Help
> Choose Language to German.
She has still a mixed German/English surface, especially to be seen in kmail.
Might be a bug in SystemSettings, IMO. Strange: By adding a new user i.e.
testuser, everything is working fine.
I think, some config-files are not changed, when they exist, only when they are
created new.
