Hej,
between KDE 4.4 and 4.5 we had fixed the encoding in the MySQL database
description which might cause the problem you described.
If you change the name back to 'Persönliche Kontakte' by right clicking
on the address book and choosing 'Address Book Settings...' from the menu,
is it saved correctly?
