Since this bug is difficult to track back to Kleopatra and it gives severe
problems in Windows it should get highest priority.
I had to restart my computer several times a day before I discovered that this
problem was related to Kleopatra.
I saw that the Handles went down since PuTTY reported "Network error: no buffer
space available" and found the bug at this page:
