Summary: Choosing an email adress from a person with a german umlaut in it's name, doesn't display the umlaut afterwards in the "To"-Field in the compose mail window. In this particular case the name is displayed as "????-test" If you are directly searching for the name in the "To-field" within kmail the umlauts are displayed correctly. Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. create a contact entry with the name "öäüß-test" with some text as email address 2. click on the email or search in krunner for the name 3. the window for composing a mail opens Actual Results: The name is displayed as "????-test".
