Whenever i have an IP change, (Router restart, login to VPN)

I found that i am notified with new emails,
opening akonadi console i found that it stuck on one imap folder like inbox
(100%)
and didn't work right until i toggle the agent offline then online.

This problem don't happen if i lose connection and am actually offline then go
back online, it always happen when my ip change and my cable is connected 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
change you ip address like logging in to vpn or restart the router look at
akonadi console the imap agent is not syncing right


Expected Results:  
it should retry to reestablish the connection after a time out
